The United States Access-Board is publishing a NPRM November 2023. For those who clicked on this, here is our message to you. The payments industry, including POS card and PIN readers manufacturers, has known about us for years and did nothing to remedy the requirements by law and even PCI-POI compliance and has legally and financially hurt a lot of businesses. Call them and be firm in asking why they did not inform you. The Federal Government has stepped in and is setting new requirements for these continuous -"look the other way- industry professionals" - to educate businesses on the requirements that address the ADA.
